Half Empty

You all know the saying about whether you see the glass as half empty or half full?  Well, I’ve decided that my glass is totally full.  I am happy.  I have everything I’ve always wanted.

I mean, sure, there are a few ice cubes floating in my glass that I would change if I could.  (Like the fact that we currently own two houses.)  But they are all temporary things.  (Oh, please, someone buy the Florida house.)  And I certainly would like a bigger glass someday, with room for more children, more friends, and more family.  But in general, my glass isn’t half empty or half full.

I’m overflowing.
