If you give a baby a cookie…
She’s going to want a glass of milk.
After her cookie and glass of milk, she’s going to feel like something sour. So you’ll have to give her some pickles.
She won’t like your homemade pickles. You’ll need to help her wash her tongue off. Then, after those yucky sour pickles, she’s going to need to play with something cheerful, to get her in a good mood again.
The rainbow toy will remind her of her colorful eggs, so she’ll need to play with them for a while.
After all that play, she’ll be pretty tired. So tired, in fact, that she’ll need you to read her a book so that she can relax.
The rocking horse in the book will remind her that her Horse is lonely and she’ll need to go for a ride.
After her long ride, she’ll tell you that Horse is tired. Horse will need a blanket to cover up his head.
After all this activity, she’s going to want some dinner. She’ll need a bib, a high chair, a bowl, a spoon, a fork, and a glass of milk.
And with her glass of milk, she’ll probably want another cookie.
