Shutterfly Holiday Giveaway

by HereWeGoAJen on October 22, 2012

Last year, we got our Christmas Cards from Shutterfly and I loved them. I loved the whole experience, actually. They were easy to work with and when I had a problem, I got an answer right away and I didn’t even have to call them on the phone. (I can’t remember if it was instant chat or email, but I like doing things in writing.)

So this year, Shutterfly offered to let me do a giveaway for $50 to use on their site (does not include shipping & cannot be combined with any other promos) on your holiday cards total order.  (Or whatever, I’m sure Shutterfly won’t be picky if you want to get something else.)

My favorite kind of card is one of their photo collage cards. This is less because I like collages and more because then I can find a picture of everyone in the family looking good, instead of one picture where everyone looks good. (Those are hard, man. Why can’t we all look good at the same time?)

This year, I am leaning towards this one.

Elizabeth would like me to choose this one, as it is rainbowy. (I think it is pretty too, so I may indulge her.)

To enter the giveaway, leave a comment here.  The giveaway ends 10/28/2012.  I will draw for a winner and notify them by email.

If you don’t win, check out their special offers page because they often have really nice deals.

*Shutterfly is compensating me for writing this post. But I wrote it myself.

I love shutterfly, I love to design my own though so I use the blank templates. That rainbow one is so cute though.

I love Shutterfly. I used them for our cards last year as well, and I am still so pleased with myself for putting pictures on the back of them. I used simple, individual, black-and-white portraits without any Christmas-y graphics, and people just flipped them over and kept them up for the rest of the year.

My Christmas cards were from Shutterfly a couple of years ago, I was very happy with the quality. I really like their photo gifts as well.

Also, yes, why IS it so difficult for everyone to look good at the same time in a photo?

Shuttefly has great photo card options. I’ve always just done one of Jacob, but now that we have Elise, we may have to switch to the more than one photo option! Very smart move, there!

I adore Shutterfly. Unfortunately shipping is ridiculous to Canada s I can only take advantage when I know I will be visiting family in the States shortly!

Awesome giveaway!! I love getting others photo holiday cards but didn’t manage to make them this first Xmas. This year my goal is to do them since we’ve got both kiddos now!

I have used Shutterfly for several years for our Christmas cards. My daughter gets invited to so many birthday parties. We decided to use the name tag cards in lieu of birthday cards (have you seen how expensive they have gotten?? Love the 99 cent section at Target) Awesome giveaway!!!

Love shutterfly. We got our birth announcements from them. :). Must admit I am terrible about sending Christmas Cards. Found a pile from 10 years ago that I never mailed while cleaning out a closet last month.

Would LOVE to send photo holiday cards — but they’re so expensive (compared to cards from WalMart, on sale after the holidays). The last few years I’ve put together a brief “newsletter” that was more photos than info to tuck into the cards, because even though we no longer have cute, rapidly growing kids, people still like pictures!

I haven’t use Shutterfly, but have used Snapfish to make photo calendars I give as gifts to our parents and siblings. I usually end up printing a lot of photos to give, as well, since most of our family is two time zones away, so we don’t see each other that often.
